This home is located in a golf community on the out skirts of Fernley Nevada. The site is located adjacent to the 8th hole tee box on a small lot. This home was designed to provide future accessibility requirements for in-laws with the single story, wide doors & hallways, accessible restroom. With the red tile roof, white stucco finish and raised Planting beds we created a Mediterranean feel meeting the clients request. A veranda was designed to provide outdoor space for gathering and protection from the elements.
